     This site has been in existence since May 1998. Its main purpose is the exchange of information between myself (an active politician, Chairman of Novosibirsk's regional branch of the political party "Liberal Russia", and a member of the Russian Parliament in the recent past) and other people, organizations, friends and acquaintances, in Russia and overseas. Here, you can find material pertaining to the different aspects of political and social life in Novosibirsk and Russia.
     In 1998, our site was recognized as the best, individual, political site in Russia and we continually strive towards its improvement.
